An Attitude Of Gratitude

Gratitude is such a powerful emotion it can seriously shift the direction of your relationship. In this blog I talk about ways you can use gratitude to transform your relationship into something that is powerful, beautiful, fulfilling and strong.

Tips for using gratitude to lift your relationship:

  1. Write down 1-3 things each day your are grateful for your partner for and then give it to them at the end of the week.
  2. Keep a journal of the things your are grateful for and love about your partner. When you're upset, frustrated or angry at them read through it and remember why you are with them :)
  3. Focus on the good! If you're upset with them because you feel they aren't doing something, look at all the areas where they actually do do that same thing for you.
  4. Keep a love note diary. Take turns writing love notes to each other saying all the things you love and appreciate about each other.

Remember, everyone wants to feel loved and appreciated.
