To kick your either or Itis to the kerb:

  1. Shine the light of awareness on it.
  2. Get it out! Talk with someone, journal just get it out of your head so you can see it clearly for what it is.
  3. Practice forgiveness.
  4. Start working on the belief that says "I can't" and changing it to one that says "I can"!
